How marks work
Each light scores up to 100 points: 250 ms or faster scores 100, about 400 ms scores 80, 625 ms scores 50, and slower hits score at least 10. Leaving a red light alone scores 100. A missed light or hitting red scores 0. The mark is the average over all lights in the drill, so drills with different numbers of lights compare fairly. Each student is ranked by their best mark in the period; ties go to the faster average.
